The Vinewood Heartless is back?

Murders are for some a way of life in Los Santos. But it seems that the long gone Vinewood killer is back...
Two blonde female civilians of Los Santos have been found dead in the streets; stripped of their panties and sexually raped post mortum.
The woman Cecilia Graham was an employee of the Arcadius business center and just turned 24 last week.
We turned to Dean Becker, her boss, to ask about Cecilia.
"I always knew she would be raped. Short skirts like that just invite for a rape. I myself have had multiple fun times with Cecilia, but I didn't expect her to be killed. Who will now bring my coffee and some extra's?
The LSPD is still in shock after they found out that Cecilia her heart was removed.
"Who would be so heartless? You can't just cut someone's heart out, can you?" said Cecilia's neighbour.
"Why would someone kill and rape Cecilia. She just started her carreer at Arcadius Business Center!"
We would love to try, but we expect that the LSPD wouldn't be so happy with even more crimes right now.
When the second corpse was found, the LSPD was buffled. This woman called Megan Brandy, was also raped after dead and her heart was removed.
However; Megan was found with her face faced to the ground.
The LSPD had not much to comment, but told us this:
"It's a shame that another fine woman has been killed by an unknown serial killer. It seems that the killer is into Necrophilia and this time went a little bit further.
When we asked the LSPD if the murders had anything to do with the Vinewood Heartless murders of 1947, they tried to escape our question and gave us a 'no comment' answer.
The 1947 Vinewood Heartless murders was infamous for his or her killcount of at least 15 women and 4 men.
The sign to show that it had been the Vinewood murderer was to cut out the heart and a post mortum sexual act.
Is this the return of the Vinewood Heartless a sign that Los Santos is doomed?
We don't know, but we will certainly tell you when we do!
